Ingredients

rack of pork ribs 1 kg
onions (cut lengthwise into 6-8 pieces) 1 PC.
peppercorns 6-8 pcs.
salt pepper taste
hot red chili taste
water or beer 2 tea spoons
honey 1 teaspoon

Cooking method

  • I fry the pork ribs without adding fat, add the onion, lightly frying with the ribs.
  • I add hot water, a little, so that the ribs are stewed.
  • After 20 minutes - salt, pepper, peppercorns (6-7 pieces).
  • Carcass until tender.

  • Then I take out the ribs, put them in an oven container, sprinkle with hot red pepper, grease with sauce (1 teaspoon of honey and 2 teaspoons of water or beer), put in the oven to brown.
