  • Put on fire again and add meat.

  • Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally (10 minutes is not enough: pork should be well done, cooked, stewed, etc. It should be 30 minutes. The meat should be very tender).
  • Add salted peanuts. (If you do not add peanuts, then salt to taste).
  • Rice is suitable for a side dish (as it is written in the recipe).

The dish is designed for

for 4 persons

Time for preparing:

10 minutes + 35 minutes

Note

Very tender meat. Cold is also delicious.
I don't like the correct translation: sautéed pork in caramel

A Nyutka
As an experiment, I made it from what was at hand: sunflower oil, sugar, ordinary vinegar and beef. The beef is not chewed, but it is still unrealistically tasty!

Maybe put out a little longer?
Glad you liked it

Maybe it would have been tastier to put out, but everything is so harmoniously fried. For 10-15 minutes, almost all the caramel was fried and absorbed into the meat. My husband didn't like sweet meat, unlike me. So I also think, what else to caramelize this?
Caprice
And if you try chicken or turkey?

And if you try chicken or turkey?
No, no, no-ee !!! I think beef is not quite the same. For chicken and turkey, I have another recipe in stock, also sweet and salty, with pineapple. If you liked this one, you will also like the other. I'll post it on occasion.
