Chakapuli (Cuckoo 1054)

Ingredients

Young lamb, veal (I have beef) 1 kg.
Cilantro 100-150g.
Green onions 100-150g.
Tarragon (tarragon) 70g.
Salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the greens and mix.
  • Cut the meat into pieces.
  • Layer meat and herbs in a saucepan. Season each layer with salt and pepper. The last layer is greenery.
  • WITHOUT WATER!!!
  • Mode Multi-cook 120C 40 minutes.
  • It is sooooo tasty and aromatic !!!! It starts to smell even during the cooking process. We barely waited for the program to end! ;)Recommend!

Note

Chakapuli is young meat stewed with herbs. Fresh tarragon, aka tarragon, which is loved by Georgians, adds a special piquancy to the dish.

For multicooker, you can use the Quenching mode.

Dry white wine and sour plum-tkemali must also be added to chakapuli. In the absence of tkemali, you will not always find here, you can add

This is a really delicious dish !! Young mutton tastes best, but you can even make chicken.

barbariscka , I can argue about the "obligation". In the original recipe, two options were proposed, the second is really with wine and cherry plum. I liked the first one better!
