Zucchini casserole Tender

Ingredients

zucchini 600-700 g
bulb onions 1 PC.
eggs 2 pcs.
sour cream 150 g
hard cheese 100-150 g
dill, parsley 1/2 bundle
garlic 2 tooth.
refined oil
black pepper

Cooking method

  • Zucchini cut into cubes of about 1 * 1 cm and salt, leave to drain in colorant.
  • Meanwhile, fry a large onion in refined sunflower oil until slightly golden brown. Grate the cheese, put some of it aside for sprinkling on top of the casserole. Chop the herbs and garlic.
  • In a large bowl, beat eggs and sour cream with a fork, add cheese, pepper, garlic, herbs, fried onions and lightly squeezed zucchini. Stir well and place in a baking dish.
  • Bake in a hot oven until browned and thickened.
  • As soon as the top starts to brown, sprinkle the set cheese on top.
  • The casserole turns out to be tender and juicy, the zucchini in it is not soft and crispy, as it should. Delicate creamy cheese taste.
  • The recipe is taken from the "Culinary Collection" booklet with my changes.

I have not tried it in a slow cooker yet, because I cooked for the first time.
For a multicooker, I would suggest this option: squeeze the zucchini harder and add 2 tbsp. l. decoys (no slide).
Let me explain why: in the process of baking the zucchini, they still let the juice in and it evaporated in the oven, but in the MV there is no such strong evaporation, otherwise the semolina will swell and absorb excess liquid.

And I did it yesterday in MV. I just grated the cabaret, added semolina 2 tbsp. l. It turned out great, tight, but juicy and soft. Quite like a pie. You can add something sausage and ham there, it will be super. IT IS POSSIBLE (and necessary) to do it in MV, put 40 minutes of baking, then another 20 (since the surface was pale), baked, but not brown
I used to make a casserole with minced meat, but in layers: minced meat (pre-fried), courgettes, filling (cheese + mayonnaise + eggs), tomatoes. It worked very well too

I used thick homemade yogurt instead of sour cream. Plus 2 tablespoons of semolina.
I cooked in a Panasonic multicooker 10. 60 minutes on Baking with an open steam valve to remove excess moisture, I still don't bake in the oven.
Then the casserole was cooled in a bowl on the table. I took it out with the help of a double boiler.
The bottom, and now the top is ruddy.
