Pork rolls with green onions and feta cheese

Ingredients

pork OK. 700 g
a bunch of green onions
feta cheese 50-60 g
parsley dill
sour cream 2 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Finely chop the onion, parsley, mash the feta cheese with a fork.
  • Add 2 tsp. sour cream and mix. You do not need to salt, but you can pepper.
  • Cut the meat into medallions and beat off pretty.
  • On one side with the edge, lay out the filling with a slide and roll up.
  • Put the rolls in a mold, brush with a little sour cream or mayonnaise. You can sprinkle with your favorite seasoning herbs.
  • Bake in the oven at 180 * C for 30-50 minutes.
  • The filling may not be gouged out from the edge, but spread with a thin layer over the entire surface of the piece.
