Ingredients

Rice (parboiled) 2 m. St
Meat (pork) 300 g
Carrot 1 PC
Onion 1 PC
Vegetable oil 20 ml
Salt, pepper, seasonings to taste
Boiling water 3 m. St.

Cooking method

  • On Turbo mode, with the lid open, I fried the onions, carrots until transparent, added the meat there and fried it together with the meat, until it "whitened", that is, the protein grabbed and that's it. The Turbo program was forcibly turned off, the time was not detected, well, somewhere about 15 minutes. I added rice and poured boiling water over everything, mixed it, turned on the Low pressure mode, after cooking, I stood for 40 minutes on heating (it just happened, but it’s all right without it ready)
  • I liked the pilaf sooo much. The rice was cooked just perfect, the meat is soft.
