Pie with cottage cheese "Kase Classic"

Kase Classic Cottage Cheese Pie

Ingredients

Flour 200 g
Butter, soft 100 g
Sugar 100 g
Vanilla sugar 1 sachet
Egg 1 PC.
Filling:
Cottage cheese 500 g
Rum 1 tbsp. l.
Cream thickener 1 sachet
Sugar 150 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Natural yoghurt 300 g
Melted butter 150 g
Almonds for decoration 50 g

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, soft butter, 100 g sugar, vanilla sugar, 1 egg with a mixer.
  • Mix for 3 minutes on low speed. Put the mass in a greased round dish. Make a base from 2/3 of the dough, and from 1.3 sides (2 cm high).
  • Mix cottage cheese, yogurt, 3 eggs, 150g at the lowest speed. sugar, rum and cream thickener. Add melted butter slowly. Beat for 1-2 minutes. Place the filling on the dough. Cover with almonds. Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour. Cut and serve only cold !!!
