Chocolate mannik with cherries (Perfezza multicooker)

Ingredients

kefir 3 cups (250 ml glass)
semolina 3 glasses
eggs 2 pcs
sugar 1.5 cups
soda incomplete teaspoon
salt 1 tsp
cocoa 2 tbsp. spoons
pitted cherry 250 g
starch 1 tbsp. the spoon

Cooking method

  • Pour kefir into a large bowl, add soda, salt, sugar, eggs, semolina and cocoa, mix well. Put in the refrigerator (preferably overnight, or at least 2 hours).
  • Grease the bottom and a little of the sides of the MB, sprinkle with semolina and pour half of the dough, then lay out the cherries, sprinkle them with starch and pour out the rest of the dough.
  • Bake for about 55-60 minutes. Open the lid and let cool slightly. Insert the steamer container, turn over and then transfer to a dish.
  • It turned out to be a very good combination of sour cherry with chocolate flavor. The cherries were frozen, you can take any fresh or frozen berries (you can not defrost them), fruits, only in moderation so that there is not too much additional juice from them.
  • The dough itself is thick and rises a little due to the presence of cocoa in the dough.

Time for preparing:

60 minutes

Cooking program:

Crispy Rice (Baking)

Note

I cooked in a multicooker without a baking mode. I baked it on CRISPY RICE mode with two shutdowns until the countdown.

Mannik still did it in the cartoon. The semolina "dissolved" for 2 hours, did not defrost the cherries, put it generously, it is good that the starch stopped excess juice formation, the dough was baked wonderfully. True, I turned over the steamer on the grate to bake the top (Panas, definitely, with a milder temperature regime). I don’t turn over the usual manna (although I have almost half the portion there). As a result, the chocolate manna is great !!! Very, very tasty !!! According to the rules of the genre, some kind of coating would have been appropriate, but it didn't work out - I was in a hurry, soaked it a little with cherry juice - that's all. Absolutely everyone liked the mannichek, except for the cat, she remained loyal to the kurnik

Alenka, why do you write that "the mannik still did in the cartoon ..." I gave the recipe with the expectation of cooking in the cartoon, and you wanted to do it in the oven first? And I did all my manniks in the cartoon, to be honest, I liked the white manna more, not chocolate, the white one is somehow tastier in my opinion
I planned to make chicken and baked goods at the same time, so I thought to bake mannik in the oven. But, since I like the usual mannik from multi more, I still did it consistently - in the cartoon, first the kurnik, and then the mannik.
Eh, and we all love "brown" dough. This trick can even be used as a "bait" - give a little chocolate!

Good afternoon, ALL! Do you accept the owners of 57 Perfezza? I have been friends with her for almost half a year, my friend is faithful to me and our love is mutual.
But I recently bought myself HP, came across this site and, lo and behold, here you can talk about cooking in MV / and not only /. I had to register urgently ...

... And yet, about the cherry manna (the frozen currants have already been devoured at the wrong time, you will have to endure with the charlotte), so: I have only frozen cherries, it's worth trying with it, eh? I even manage to take it out of the frozen bone. What do you think?

As for the manna, it’s very handy: as recently as yesterday I concocted this, the filling is a frozen mix of cherries, gooseberries and currants / dumped in starch /. All right,
only the original recipe must be halved, then it will bake well in 60 minutes and rise / Casserole mode /

Hello! Of course, we are happy to join our ranks !!!
I just didn't understand why the original recipe should be halved, did it rise and bake badly? Maybe you just had too many berries? There should not be a lot of berries, wet and frozen berries do not allow the dough to rise well, no matter how much they are dumped in starch.
In my capricious 56 and then everything baked and rose perfectly!

There were 200 grams of berries.
I THINK it’s about the amount of test. THIS GREEDE killed me. It was necessary to bake a full ration as much as 2.5 times for 50 minutes, and as a result - plasticine crumb with delicious berries: we pecked the berries together with the parrot, and stuck all sorts of nonsense from the crumb, because even the cat did not want to eat it
BEFORE I baked like this: I divided the dough into 2 parts, into one - cocoa, and it was baked like "zebra", it was baked and raised cheerfully in 50 minutes, it was too lazy to cut it in half, just poured sour cream with sugar on top, and it was very tasty with coffee. But the portion of the starting products is half.
Could it be the temperature difference between 57 and 56?
I have not read the entire thread on the topic yet, I started from the end, I hope I will finish reading

Yagod is fine ... it's not about the amount of dough, I don't know what .... in 56 perfzze there is no "Baking" mode at all, everything was selected by the method of scientific poking .... so Polinka will tell you in detail about the temperature regime, she has 57th. Honestly, it’s very strange to me why you got a sole, I baked everything perfectly, but from a smaller amount of dough there will be a sole ...
DELUX
SHE or it? and there was not a sole, but something that had risen poorly and not baked, but it was molded well ...
Maybe everything would have worked out on "Crispy Rice", model 56 is proof of this: if there is a desire to bake, it means that it will bake, even if there is no corresponding program. But in 57 there is also "Baking" and "H. rice" ... So there must be a difference between them. At least you can see the difference in my cooking results.
Try again, or what?

Of course, try it, especially since your cartoon is adapted for the "Baking" mode and do not forget to make a photo ... we are interested

Cool mannik! I, too, have a cartoon 56 for 3 years, but I have never baked in it, I'm afraid to spoil it, but now looking at yours, Marina, I will probably risk a manna!
