Note

I made small changes to the recipe - I just crumbled the almonds into pieces. I did not roll out the finished dough, but rolled up small balls and flattened them with my palm. I got a lot of glaze, I think you can take half a portion. Everything else is prescription.
The recipe is taken from the Say 7 website.

Vitalinka, I took this cookie recipe from the forum a year ago and bake it constantly. Yes, all the time. And on weekends for tea and the New Year as a gift to parents, sparks. And today I decided to give a recipe to a colleague and was surprised that there were no reviews. A wonderful, quick recipe. For him, I constantly have almonds and hazelnuts in stock. I alternate from baking to baking. I have never done one digression on the proposed baking form. Basically, it was cookies in the form of horseshoes and bagels (I bought a nozzle in Teskom for a meat grinder). Then I bought small silicone molds in the form of stars and shells and now I bake in them. I add cocoa to half of the dough and it seems like two types of cookies (by the way, it tastes better without cocoa). And sometimes I just break finely chocolate into dough. I cover the finished cookies (in a diminutive form because they are obtained for one bite) with melted chocolate or pour the jam onto the star cookies from the pastry syringe into the middle. But I never made the icing according to your recipe. Something doubted that it would work, and then I forgot about the recommended glaze. I wrote so much to say that the recipe is universal, tasty, easy. Thank you.
