Yeast-free curd bread

Ingredients

Wheat flour 200 g
Semolina 500 g
Sour milk (kefir, iigurt, etc.) 500 ml
Sugar 100 g
Drinking soda 0.5 tsp
Cottage cheese 400 g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Vanilla (or vanilla sugar) 1 sachet
Baking powder or baking powder 2 tsp
Dried fruits are different.
Pre-soak briefly.

Cooking method

  • Preheat the oven to 180 * C.
  • Preparing a baking dish. The dough is liquid - I baked bread in a round shape. Grease the mold a little with oil.
  • We put all the products in the combine, quickly mix until smooth. The dough turns out to be liquid - thicker than for pancakes. Pour the whole mass into the mold.
  • If you wish, you can put dried fruits on the dough and drown them a little in the dough. On top, I also sprinkled the dough with fresh frozen lingonberries.
  • We put the form on the baking in the oven. When done, let the bread cool completely - hot bread is not tasty.

Time for preparing:

50-60 minutes.

Note

I found this recipe a long time ago under the name Cottage cheese casserole in the oven.
I recently tried to bake this casserole but ended up with a good yeast-free bread.
Please note - there is no fat in any form in the dough and little sugar and flour. Sugar is normal - it does not give to sweet.

It turned out delicious bread for breakfast - a low-fat muffin.
Try it!

Admin in terms of the composition of the products, it resembles .... manna, there the proportion is different. We must try to make it (only from a smaller amount, we cannot eat so much).

The fact of the matter is that this recipe is more suitable for bread, and not for manna or casseroles

It tastes good when it cools completely. Attracts the lack of fat, low sugar and flour content.

Everything is possible - you just need to try and adapt the recipes.
After all, the dough is non-yeast - but on baking powder.

although there is a little fat and flour, but still it is better not to get carried away, according to the recipe analyzer it turned out
for 100 g of finished product B - 11.38; Zh-4.07; U- 44.21; Kcal 247.35 is because of semolina so high in calories and carbohydrates.
