Cooking method

  • 4 packs of fatty cottage cheese 9-18%, ideally, it should be rubbed through a sieve, I am lazy, just knead it well, drive in the eggs, mix well, then sugar, mix, then semolina, and then what and how does it matter, because everything the lumps are broken and the sugar has dispersed, the dough should flow into the mold, but not be liquid. Baking powder 1 small bag, if soda, then 1 teaspoon, raisins or candied fruits to taste, you can not put at all, Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and bake for 40-50 minutes.

It turns out especially tenderly if you rub the curd. And in proportions - a little more sour cream, 2-3 eggs. It turned out to be so yummy. I decided for myself that I no longer experiment with recipes, I remain true to this recipe.
Yes, I did not add baking powder (I do not like it), but I took corn semolina, which gave a beautiful yellowish tint to the casserole.

Made according to your recipe, but baked without water in a gas oven with convection for a more even heating. I am waiting for the result: 30 minutes while it is baked and it smells very tasty!
