warm water 170 gram
tomato paste 1.5 tbsp. spoons
salt 1h l.
sugar 2h l.
dry yeast 1.5 tsp.
olive oil 1.5 tbsp. l.
green onions (finely chopped) about 1 tbsp. l.
seasoning 0.25 tsp (to taste)

Cooking method

  • All liquid ingredients are placed in the CP container: water, tomato paste, olive oil, salt, sugar, then sifted flour and yeast. My program is called "White bread of quick baking" time - 2 hours 7 minutes, baked bread on a light crust, weight - 500 grams. After the sound signal for the time of additions, the green onions and seasoning fell asleep.

Note

As for the quality and properties of flour: in all recipes, I reduce the amount of flour by 30 grams, so you should take 307 grams of flour + 20-30 grams. The bread is tender, soft and very fragrant.

And so she did. Stewed some tomatoes, like a pizza sauce. It turned out beautifully, but the guests left nothing for the photo. Thanks for the recipe! I tossed in some more finely chopped sun-dried tomatoes. Very beautiful.
