Ingredients

dry yeast 1.75 tsp
whole grain wheat flour 220 g

  • Sometimes my eaters do not have time to eat homemade yogurt in 2-3 days, so the question has become urgent for me - where is it, this very yogurt, to attach.
  • I found the answer myself. Bake bread, of course! And to make the bread even tastier and "fluffier", I add an apple to the dough.
  • We load all the ingredients into the bucket in the order recommended in the HP instructions. Yogurt is not drinkable, the consistency is like yoghurt Activia, apple - three on a coarse grater.
  • The program is the main one. XL size, light or medium crust
  • The bread is soft, with a thin crust, does not stale for a long time.

At the beginning of the kneading, the bun seems too tight. Several times, while selecting the liquid-flour ratio, I added a little water, so then I had to add flour.
