Ingredients

Butter 50 g
Fine brown / golden sugar 120 g
Peeled bananas 6 pcs.

Cooking method

  • Melt the butter and sugar in a deep heat-resistant form that can then be put in the oven. Cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat and let cool. Preheat oven to 200 degrees.
  • Place the bananas in this shape in a circle, cut the bananas if necessary. The main thing is that the bottom of the form is completely covered with bananas. Sprinkle with chocolate chips.
  • Sprinkle flour on the tabletop and roll out the dough. Cut a circle 25 cm in diameter or 5 cm larger than your baking dish.
  • Place the dough circle over the bananas, pressing the edges of the dough with your fingers.
  • Bake the pie in the oven for 20-25 minutes until golden brown. Remove the pie from the oven and let cool for 5 minutes. then flip onto a platter.
