Curd donuts with cinnamon

Ingredients

Egg 1 PC.
Sugar 5 tsp (50 gr.)
Fat cottage cheese 250 g
Wheat flour 5 tbsp. l. (150 gr.)
Baking powder 1 tsp with top
Ground cinnamon 1 tsp
Powdered sugar for serving
Deep fat oil

Cooking method

  • 1. Rub the curd through a metal sieve so that there are no lumps. Sift flour and baking powder into a bowl.
  • 2. Beat the egg with sugar and cinnamon, add cottage cheese, flour and baking powder and knead the dough. Roll the dough into a sausage on a floured work surface, cut into small walnut-sized pieces and shape into balls.
  • 3. In a deep saucepan, heat the deep-frying oil to 160-180 degrees C and dip the donuts into it in small portions. When they come up and brown, remove them with a slotted spoon and place them on paper towels to get rid of excess grease. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and serve with any jam, dessert sauce or honey.

It was clearly not her. The smell was almost not felt, for that a sugary bitterness was clearly felt in the finished dough.
Plus, I fried, apparently, over too high a heat, so it looked like completely embers. Only at the end did I think of reducing the fire
