Carrot pie with bananas and nuts

Ingredients

Flour 230 g
Sugar 150 g
Vegetable oil 150 ml
Ripe bananas 2 pcs.
Chopped hazelnuts 50 g
Eggs 3 pcs
baking powder 2 tsp
grated carrots on a medium grater 120 g
Powdered sugar 150 g
Hot water / lemon juice 2 tbsp. spoons

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sugar until white, add flour, baking powder and butter. Stir the grated carrots with bananas, chopped fork and nuts. Add to the dough and stir gently with a spoon. Pour into a split mold (20 - 22 cm) pre-oiled. Bake for 60 - 70 minutes at 180 degrees. the dough is baked to dry chips. When the cake has cooled, prepare the icing with icing sugar and water (stir vigorously, add water gradually) gently distribute over the surface of the cooled cake. Put in the refrigerator for an hour.

I made a mistake, baked in a cartoon. The cake is moist. And I still didn't have enough sweetness. There would be more raisins to add. Well, I was too lazy to make the icing. Took a semi-finished product from Dr. Etker
