Snail Pie

Ingredients

Dough:
Cottage cheese 100 g
Softened butter
(I took margarine))
100 g
Egg 1 PC.
Flour
(so that the dough is soft,
but it didn’t stick to our hands either)
250-300 g
Sugar 80 g
Sour cream 1 tbsp. l.
Slaked soda (baking powder) 0.5 tsp
1 tsp
Pinch of vinyl
Filling:
Cottage cheese 500 g
Vanillin
Sugar 150 g
Eggs 2 pcs.
Butter 150 g

Cooking method

  • Grind cottage cheese with sugar and eggs.
  • Add soft margarine, sour cream, vanillin until smooth.
  • In sifted flour, finish off the baking powder, mix with the curd mass.
  • Knead a soft dough.
  • I stirred the filling with a blender, all the ingredients at the same time, it turned out, a very homogeneous air mass.
  • Divide the dough into 4 parts (more, less, even less ...)
  • Roll each part into a rectangle, put the filling on top, twist it with a roll.
  • I put the rolls into a mold starting from a cent in a spiral, sprinkled with sugar on top.

Time for preparing:

25-30 minutes

Cooking program:

Bake at 200C.

Delicious pie. Especially for those who love curd pastries.
