In fact, I don’t buy ready-made minced meat, but here I was led, decided to make cutlets as soon as possible. I bought the minced meat, then everything is, as always, in cutlets. And the cutlets turned out, well, to put it mildly, not tasty. I threw the cutlets in the form of a semi-finished product into the freezer and they lay there for about a month. Today it was lazy to cook, so I decided to bring these cutlets to mind. Thawed and lightly fried without any breading in vegetable oil. I put it in a small saucepan.
  • Made mushroom sauce:
  • Soaked a handful of dry white mushrooms in water, then boiled it in the same water. I poured the broth into a cup, washed the mushrooms, cut them. I cut the onion in half rings, fried it lightly in vegetable oil on which I fried the cutlets, added mushrooms, fried, stirring, for 5-7 minutes, sprinkled with Kamis spices for pork, added mushroom broth, lightly salted, stewed for about 4 minutes. Then the prepared sauce was poured onto cutlets. Stewed cutlets in it over low heat for 10 minutes.
