Cottage cheese casserole in the microwave

Ingredients

Cottage cheese 250 g
Starch 1 tbsp. l. with a slide
Chicken egg 1-2 pcs.
Sugar 2-3 st. l.

Cooking method

  • Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
  • It is better to separate the proteins and beat them with sugar, but you can do without it, as well as without baking powder, since the curd casserole practically does not increase in volume (or rather falls off when it cools). You can also add half a tablespoon of semolina. I like it more with the addition of semolina.
  • And then add whatever you like to the curd casseroles. I add finely chopped banana and orange zest.
  • Stir again and place in a baking dish. Best of all in a silicone mold, but you can use any microwave container.
  • Bake on microwaves for 15 minutes at 650 W.

Note

The casserole turns out to be very tender, similar to cheesecake. I make it from low-fat cottage cheese, but any will do, including cottage cheese mass.
I want to clarify one more point. Microwave baking depends on the microwave itself. I have 2 microwaves and in one, the simplest and cheapest Delphi, the pastries are amazing, but it heats and melts the cheese badly, and in the expensive and sophisticated Samsung, baking is practically impossible, but the cheese melts amazingly on pizza and sandwiches. Perhaps the reason is a different type of microwaves, as my husband explained to me, they come in different shapes and this can affect the final result of microwave cooking.

And what an interesting mold! What is its diameter?
Pingvinus
The shape is called "Chrysanthemum", diameter - 22 cm, volume - 1 liter.
Baking looks very beneficial in it, I don't even want to decorate it. Best of all, it turns out a cupcake and casserole, but no matter how hard you try, the manna always breaks in the small petals at the bottom of the mold, so I bought a simple mold in the form of a chamomile specially for the manna (diameter - 23 cm, volume - 0.7 liters). Now I often make cottage cheese casserole in it, since it is easier to wash it.

I have a "Chamomile", but I have not seen the "Chrysanthemum" as in the top picture.

I would like to be curious, what waves are in your microwave, where are you baking? I want to do it too, but I'm afraid that my old lady will not cope

Probably, this is not about "what waves", but about power? In principle, there is not such a voluminous set of products, it seems to me, you can try to bake ...
Pingvinus
The fact of the matter is that the power of both my microwaves is the same 800 W. I used the same recipes and the same products, but the baking result is different. The curd casserole in Samsung did not work at all, in the end it was just a well-heated cottage cheese with sugar.
Elena Bo, unfortunately, I can’t say anything exactly which microwaves are in my microwave. About the different shapes of microwaves - this is my husband's version. You will have to risk one serving of food. I also had unsuccessful experiments, it's good that my husband is not capricious and eats everything.
Caprice, I bought the "Chrysanthemum" form in the supermarket, but on our forum it is on sale from Natamailav under the topic "Silicone in the Kitchen".

Pingvinus, thanks for the recipe! He gave me the idea of saving some products, namely: curd mass with raisins, overripe banana and chocolate chips left over from the preparation of the cake. Maybe it's a little off topic that I decided to bake it in the oven, but it turned out very airy and tasty
Here is the result (unsightly, but gentle mmm)
