I have. Yesterday I used it for half a day
But Redmond RMC-M 4502 (16-program) Fries !!! For half an hour, a slide of chicken cutlets (there were more than a kilogram of minced meat), and she behaved in a smart way: she quickly gained 156 degrees, then lowered it to 135 degrees, and as soon as a new portion was added, she quickly gained temperature again and lowered it again. I like it
genak
Cool! And I did not pay attention to the temperature, but I liked the frying of meat, and today I liked the fish. Once again I tried the rice in milk - this time it did not run away, but the lid was pretty splattered. Rice program.

Once again I tried the rice in milk - this time it did not run away, but the lid was pretty splattered. Rice program.
Today I cooked milk rice porridge on the "Frying with temperature setting" program, set it to 100 degrees, the default time is 40 minutes (you can increase it up to 1 hour). There were no attempts to "escape".
I greased the saucepan with butter just in case, but it looks like this is an unnecessary precaution. The temperature has never risen above 102 degrees (COOKING button) and 96 degrees (MENU button). The porridge was heated for another 20 minutes.
Proportions 1 multi-glass of round rice (Kuban) + 2 MC of water + 3 MC of milk + salt, sugar, butter to taste.
genak
Apparently, you will have to dilute the milk, but the biscuit with apples turned out to be excellent for "baking", I didn't even have to turn it over, however, I ditched and forgot to grease the pan - I barely pulled it out, broke it a little, but oh well, not for sale, until wrote, ate half!

Dear owners, please tell us if this cartoon is fried or not? I noticed that many powerful slow cookers fry food, some are stronger, some are weaker.

The baked goods are really great! Charlottes, biscuits and even bread are perfectly baked in automatic 50 minutes. I add time and only turn the bread.
I really hope that no one has yet cooked pasta using the "PASTA" program, because the instructions describe the cooking mode incorrectly! If you put everything at once, as recommended in the instructions, then when the temperature is set, the foam rises through the steam release valve, it beeps, the start button starts blinking ... I suspect that it is at this moment that you need to lay the pasta

In this multicooker, everything can be adjusted by yourself!
In the 10-program there is an opportunity to select the TYPE OF GRAIN in the "REGULAR BOILING" program (long-grain or round-grain) and at the same time the DEGREE OF READY (soft, standard, hard), in the new 16-program there is simply the "BREW" program and you can select the type of cooking (Express , Regular, Fried (default time 1 hour 30 minutes, variable from 1 to 2 hours)).

You will not only have to turn it on several times, but also make sure that it does not switch to heating!
I tried to test the frying mode with a choice of 40 degrees in water (2.5 l):
within an hour, the water temperature slowly rose to 37 degrees, then the multicooker automatically switched to heating and the temperature began to rise rapidly, after 7 minutes it was 57 degrees on the heating element, and 51 degrees in the bowl, after half an hour the water was already hot - as much as 78 degrees!

I did not work with this cartoon myself, but once I tried to buy it ... They brought it to me, and it turned out to be a marriage in a bowl, I had to refuse ...
It's still a multicooker, not a steamer
Her lid is non-separable
Remarks to it - the modes Buckwheat and Milk porridge are confused.
Reviews to it are available on the website

This is yes! Thanks for the advice.

On the program "FRYING WITH THE TEMPERATURE SET (FRY T)" it is very good to make curd: I mixed the remains of kefir and sour milk, set it at 80 degrees for 1 hour, then stood still on heating for a while, pulled it out, cooled it, threw it into a colander with cheesecloth. Beauty, the most delicate curd without problems
Yes, I have mastered milk rice porridge on the timer! "SOUP" program 1 hour, the main thing is to grease the walls with oil and add the oil immediately

I already wrote my story on the acquisition of my multicooker on one forum - and I will share it with you !!! I originally wanted a double boiler. But when I read a lot of forums and reviews, I still stopped at the cartoon. And a double boiler and a bread machine and frying and cooking!
I searched for a long time and tediously, went through many options! Finally stopped at my cutie. Redmond RMC-M4502. attracted a large number of different modes. Enough that she changed her mind and did not buy only a double boiler. Now I rarely remember the stove very conveniently.
I tried to cook a lot of dishes! Not standing at the stove, but minding your own business. Very nice. She will prepare everything herself! It's a pity that he just doesn't set the table
and most importantly, there is no smell! I had a problem with fried fish before! I don't like the terrible smell of fish all over the kitchen, but then I put it down, put the program on and left!) And they made a useful fish for you !!!
In my own, I just haven't figured out the delayed start! Can someone tell me who has the same ???

Will wait. I just discovered the "frying" mode today, it turned out that in 40 minutes with the lid closed and without any stirring, an excellent dish is obtained, however, I did it without bells and whistles - chicken thighs, potatoes, onions and seasonings. It is a pity that there is not much time to study Redmondic, and so I like it more and more.

About pasta. I cook them like this: Pour water into the multicooker, set the "Pasta" and "Start" mode. DO NOT PUT PASTA. when 8 minutes have passed (after the signal), put the pasta and again "Start". They will cook for another 8 minutes. It turns out just what you need! Not overcooked or undercooked.
Quote: MariKri

You need to close the lid! Do you want to cook before the water evaporates ??
Quote: MariKri

I always pour water "by eye" try 4 or 6 measuring cups, if more - there will be no harm. But I think it won't work until the water has completely evaporated, the pasta will just stick together.
Quote: OlennaTM

There is already such a cooking experience:
"About cooking pasta. I haven't cooked them in a cartoon for a long time.could not find any advice on this topic anywhere. Then she fell asleep pasta (I don't know what at this moment
I thought) I poured cold water, like in rice, even less, covered it a little. start. after a while it sounded. and the time stood -8 minutes. pressed start again. After 8 minutes, the pasta was cooked. No liquid. After reading that you must first 1 liter of water, boil, then quit
pasta and then drain., it dawned on me that for some reason I began to cook pasta in a new way. If you drain, then you can cook in a simple saucepan without problems. I liked the new splash, but maybe not new. Now I cook like that all the time. It happens that overflow of water, so I start the start again. And do not stick together. But I always drip a drop of oil. Then I pour in cheese (children ask for macaroni and cheese almost every day) It melts, you don't need to put a plate of cheese in the microwave.

Today we bought a Redmod 4502. I read the instructions carefully. Everything seems to be clear, but I did not understand how to set a delayed start. I need to set the time by which I want to get the finished dish, or I need to calculate how long it will take to cook and set the time needed for a delay.
And I still did not understand whether it is possible to set the time on the cooking program, and what it is by default (it says only about cooking with frying). There is nothing about the usual express.

Irusia, congratulations on the purchase of a wonderful assistant!
I answer on the questions asked: yes, with a delayed start, you need to set the time by which you want to get the finished dish, and on the Express and Normal cooking programs, the time depends on the amount of liquid, the programs run until it evaporates for an approximate time from 40 minutes to just over an hour.
Loose rice (preferably parboiled) is cooked on the Normal cooker, and sticky (for example, for sushi) on the Express
irusya
OlennaTM, thanks for the answer. And I have the following question: I have already read about how to cook rice porridge on the timer, I will try. But if I want to cook another porridge in the morning, for example, millet or buckwheat, or rolled oats, for them there are a lot of hours on the program. So I'm trying to understand which of the programs is set for less time and for a timer at the same time. The fact is that a few days ago I bought my daughter as a gift to my wife. Before that, I generally had little idea what kind of multicooker device it was. Since my daughter now lives in another city, I decided to try out the acquisition, and suddenly what was wrong, well, I was completely delighted! The next day, after surfing the Internet and reading reviews, I chose and ordered a Redmond for myself, and now I'm figuring it out. There is a porridge program in the supra, and it turned out great in the morning, but I still don't understand how I can repeat this in my cartoon.
OlennaTM
Irusya, before putting something on a delayed start, I advise you not to go far for the first time and listen to the process, because all multi is different and milk can behave differently, especially if it is homemade milk (housewives often add soda to it, so maybe foam strongly, no strip of oil on the walls will save!). It is also very important to rinse the steam valve every time after cooking to prevent milk escapes, sometimes even soak in a soda solution, as a fatty film can form there.
Buckwheat and millet porridge can be cooked on SOUP immediately on a mixture of milk with water or on VARKA, first on water, and at the end add milk, you can also interrupt the process manually. This advice was given on the Panasonic website for the Milk Porridge program (we have a soup, the approximate cooking time is 1 hour):
"You can also cook porridge from crushed cereals and rolled oats. Just interrupt the process manually by pressing the STOP button, earlier, after 20-30 minutes. Of course, this will lose many of the advantages of automatic cooking, but the process itself is still very convenient. And stir don't, and the porridge won't run away. "

MariKri
Irusia, I would also advise you to grease the bowl with oil before cooking. And the porridge is tastier, and there is less chance that something can burn.

OlennaTM, you wrote that they mow water and milk. Before, when I cooked porridge in the morning on the stove, I often suffered from the fact that the milk burns and the corresponding smell from the porridge. Then I started to mix it with water in a ratio of about 2.5: 0.5 and it became much better !!!

It seems to me that it is completely faded, and when choosing programs even with glasses it is difficult, yes, besides, they also blink until you choose! Irusya, for me the greatest value of the 10-program is that there is a choice of GRAIN TYPE in the "REGULAR BOILING" program (long-grain or round-grain) and at the same time the DEGREE OF READY (soft, standard, hard)! I have already tried all sorts of modes and types of rice and did not even expect that brown rice can be not only healthy, but also tasty.
And milk porridge is cooked there wonderfully on the "Two Persons" program, but the most delicious rice milk porridge, it seems to me, turns out in 16 programs. on the program "Frying with temperature setting" 40 minutes per 100 g. + 20 min. heated

Irusya, of course, in that case, while you're on vacation, Brand should already launch a new multicooker on the market, they promise to take into account ALL wishes and the price was announced at 3400-3500 rubles, can you see it? Most likely I will take her for my mother
