Chocolate cake on boiling water

Ingredients

Flour 2 tbsp.
Sugar 2 tbsp.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Soda 1.5 tsp
Baking powder 1.5 tsp
Cocoa 6 tbsp. l.
with a slide
Milk 1 tbsp.
Vanilla sugar 1 tsp
Rast. oil 1/3 Art.
Boiling water 1 tbsp.

Cooking method

  • 1 tbsp = 250 ml
  • Mix everything (no need to beat anything with a mixer !!!). At the very end, add 1 cup boiling water / straight from the stove /. Stir (the dough will become VERY thin) and immediately pour into the MV saucepan, previously greased with a thin layer of butter.
  • Bake on BAKING mode for 60 minutes or 60 + 20 minutes.
  • Cream:
  • 1.5 cups milk or cream
  • 1/3 cup semolina
  • 150 gr butter
  • 0.5 ~ 1 can of condensed milk
  • Bring the milk to a boil and add semolina in a thin stream with vigorous stirring. Cook for 1 ~ 2 minutes. Turn off the fire. Leave the porridge to cool.
  • Beat butter (room temperature) with a mixer. Then, continuing to beat, put semolina porridge in it (it should be slightly warm). Then add condensed milk to taste.
  • Condensed milk affects not only the sweetness of the cream, but also its consistency.
  • If desired, you can add juice and grated lemon zest to the cream.
  • I cut the biscuit into 4 cakes, smeared it with cream, poured it on top
  • CHOCOLATE GLAZE
  • 2 tbsp. l. granulated sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l. cocoa
  • 2 tbsp. l. water (or milk)
  • Mix everything and simmer over the slowest heat until the sugar stops crunching under the spoon, add a piece of butter (30-40 g), let the butter make good friends with the chocolate mixture and pour the finished icing over the cake. A very easy-to-make cake, specially created for such "left-handed" people like me!

Condensed milk sour cream is a lifesaver! It always works, it is impossible to spoil and suits everything from muffins to pancakes

Mix approximately 1: 1 sour cream (fatty is better, but if you don't have any at hand) and condensed milk. The proportions can be changed to taste, I make this cake with less sweet cakes, so the cream is sweet there normally. And for a sweet biscuit, you can reduce the amount of condensed milk.

Plus a teaspoon of vanilla sugar. Beat everything. The cream always comes out liquidish, it perfectly saturates the cakes (let stand for at least 2 hours). When the liquid is absorbed, the cream on the surface seems to solidify. Then you can pour the icing on top, and I just have a grated chocolate bar
