Fish rolls in foil

Ingredients

fish fillet 500gr
a tomato 1 PC.
crab meat 150 g
lemon juice 1 tsp
dill 4-6 branches
butter 30gr
leek 1 PC.
salt pepper taste

Cooking method

  • Cut the fish fillet into ~ 5x10 cm slices. Season with salt, pepper, sprinkle with lemon juice, sprinkle with chopped dill. Then on each plastic put a small slice of tomato and crab, a piece of butter and roll up a roll. Wrap each roll tightly with a leaf of leeks and pack the structure with "candy" in foil. Bake in the oven or airfryer for 20 minutes at 180 *.

The stimulus was the TV program "A Feast for the Whole World". These rolls are very tasty to serve with wild garlic pesto, which I brought from the Internet. Crochet... Only she did it with walnuts, and I did it with pine nuts. And just at my dacha a rich harvest of wild garlic has ripened. So, my proportions: for 100 g of wild garlic - 30 g of pine nuts, 30 g of Parmesan, 50 g of olive oil, salt to taste - everything is crushed and mixed with a blender.
