Rose Cookies

Ingredients

eggs 4 things
sugar 1 glass
flour 1 glass
straws for tea

Cooking method

  • Beat eggs with sand, add flour, stir. You should get a thin dough.
  • Grease a preheated pan with oil and pour the dough into small pancakes with a spoon. Bake in a hot oven for 2-3 minutes.
  • Put on x. b. gloves (I use white workers) and quickly press the petals against the straw. Cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar, cocoa.

Note

The recipe was published either in Rabotnitsa or in Krestyanka back in the 70s and 80s.
I tried the oven not in the oven, it also works. Do not turn over during baking.
For sprinkling, I painted sugar with beets, dried it, and then ground it in a coffee grinder. The result was a pink powder.
