Ingredients

Kefir / befidok 1 tbsp.
Flour 1 tbsp.
Egg 1 PC.
Room temperature oil 150 g
Quick soda 1 tsp
Filling
Cabbage 1/2 small fork
Eggs 2 pcs.
Salt

Cooking method

  • Mix flour, egg, kefir, soda and butter with a mixer. Do not put salt and sugar in the dough! Pour half of the dough into a baking dish (do not grease the dish), put the filling on the dough: chop the cabbage, lightly salt and squeeze. Pour 2 eggs, beaten with a fork, onto the cabbage. And pour it all over with the remaining half of the dough.
  • Next time, I will definitely add some dill to the filling.

Cooking program:

Heat the oven to 180 degrees.

I had an idea to do it in a cartoon, but I decided that the charlotte would turn out to be quite high, inside there is raw cabbage, how long will it take to bake it? And in the form, a pie 5 centimeters high is obtained, it is baked quickly enough.
I don't remember exactly the time, I baked it even before the May holidays.

just got it out of the oven. Still, the dough needs a little salt, for my taste. And the dough itself was not enough for the resulting amount of cabbage, it was barely enough to divide it into two parts, so the cake fell apart when taken out of the mold (I had to mix everything without dividing it into parts). But it's still delicious! I love cabbage pies since childhood.

So I made this cake. Immediately thank you for a very quick and delicious recipe.

I did everything as in the recipe.
I'll tell you about the "technical" details. I made from 1.5 volumes of dough, it turned out for the volume of cabbage that I had.
I salted the cabbage and even added a little sugar (as I like in cabbage salad), and immediately mixed it with a beaten egg in a bowl so as not to bother and distribute it in the dough.
I baked in a Panasonic cartoon, at first set it for 65 minutes, and then I was afraid and added another 20 minutes. As it turned out in vain, the cabbage is young and, apparently, was ready in 50-55 minutes. I took it out of the MV very easily when it got cold a little.
And also, for the future, I will reduce the oils in the dough by almost half (very fat). But, most importantly, I spent only 10 minutes for the whole cake and while I was finishing the rest of the business, the cake was ready.
