Buckwheat soup with egg in a slow cooker

Ingredients

Potatoes 800 g
Medium carrots 1 PC.
Medium onion 1 PC.
Buckwheat 1 m. St.
Refined vegetable oil 1/4 m. St.
Greens taste
Salt, spices taste
Medium egg 2 pcs.

Cooking method

  • I offer a light buckwheat soup with an egg.
  • Finely chop the carrots into strips, finely dice the onions. Heat vegetable oil in frying mode. Let the carrots and onions sit until half cooked so that the carrots give the oil their color. Add chopped potatoes and buckwheat to the dressing. Pour everything up to the mark with water switch the multicooker to pilaf mode and cook until tender. At the end of cooking, add a beaten egg to the boiling soup in a thin stream, stirring occasionally. Add spices and herbs to taste.

I like to cook soups in a cartoon, but if time permits, I cook in stewing mode for 3-4 hours. The soup turns out to be richer and tastier.

I add an egg to noodles and rice to many soups, but I haven't tried millet. thanks for the idea

I just made such a soup! Guys, this is delicious, not soup! There, my daughters-naughty spoon scrapes the bottom of the plate ... We added sour cream there and with freshly baked crispy bread .... mmmm .... I had to add more garlic, I didn't guess something right away.
