Spicy turkey heart

Ingredients

turkey heart 600gr
carrot 1 PC.
daikon 100 g
ginger 30 g
garlic 3-4 teeth
parsley, dill, cilantro 4-5 branches
white table wine 100gr
leek 1 PC
oil rast 3 tbsp. l.
bulg. pepper 1 PC.
Marinade:
soy sauce 3-4 tbsp. l.
woschester sauce 1 tsp
lemon juice 2 tsp
coriander 1 tsp
carnation 2 pcs.
chilli 1/2 pod
sesame oil 1 tbsp. l.

Cooking method

  • Cut the hearts in half, wash them of blood and remove excess fat. Then marinate for 1-2 hours. First fry finely chopped garlic and ginger in hot oil, then lightly fry the hearts. Add wine, simmer for 20 minutes, then add onions, grated carrots and at the very end daikon, bell peppers and herbs.

Tosha, look, it says "Marinade" and a colon. Everything below is him. Of course, the sauce is called "Worcester", not Worcester - to my shame, I did not know then. I found out only later, when I myself visited this Worcester.

Larisa, thanks for the recipe. I had the hearts of ducklings. I was looking for a recipe to cook with them, I saw yours and took it as a basis. Of course, I didn't have Worcester sauce (I've never even heard of that), I didn't have daikon, and instead of leeks, there was regular onion. It turned out very tasty, my husband tucked in on both cheeks and told me to continue cooking duck hearts in the same way.
