Ingredients

Pork 1 kg
Salt
Pepper
Olive oil 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 1 tbsp. l
Filling
Dill 50 g
Parsley 50 g
Rosemary 1 branch
Olive oil 2 tbsp. l
Saffron, curry, turmeric - a teaspoon of any seasoning, or a total mixture of 1 tsp
Garlic 3 cloves
Vegetable mix:
Pumpkin 400 g
Potatoes 7-10 pieces
Onion 2 heads
Lemon slices 4-5 pieces
Bell pepper 1 PC.
Salt
Pepper
Oregano (oregano)
Curry 1/2 tsp

Cooking method

  • Pork (I had a shoulder blade), rinse dry, cut in a rectangular layer, beat off a little, rub with salt, pepper, sprinkle with olive oil, and lemon juice, - make the filling - finely chop the dill, parsley, rosemary, mix with olive oil, add finely chopped garlic, and a little turmeric, saffron or curry, whoever has what, if you add everything, it will only be tastier and more appetizing, mix and put the filling on a broken pork slab , evenly distribute, and roll up. We tie it with strings and put it in the refrigerator for 1 hour so that the spices do their job and give the meat some of its organoleptic properties.

  • We cut the pumpkin, potatoes, onion in half rings, slices of lemon, just for flavor (not much) Bulgarian pepper, add salt pepper, spices, oregano (oregano in Russian), curry, mix everything, line the baking sheet with parchment paper, grease it with butter, spread the vegetable mixture and on top of the meat, bake for about 1 hour at 180-200 C.
