Cooking method

  • Boil the potatoes in their uniforms. Cool, clean. Cut into halves. Choose the middle and cut off the bottoms so that they stand well when baking. Knead the potato pulp with a fork.
  • Finely chop the mushrooms, onions. Fry.
  • Either fry the meat or simmer until tender.
  • Add potato pulp, finely chopped greens, finely chopped brisket, melted cheese, finely chopped meat to the mushrooms. Add spices. Mix everything and stuff the potatoes.

I still have the flesh of potatoes and I decided to make potato zrazy from it, stuffing them with meat and fried onions and breeding them in breadcrumbs. These are the cutlets I got.

I really liked the crust that I got on the halves of the potatoes. And the main thing is that the potatoes, having received such an appetizing crust, remained soft and not overdried inside.

The other half of the same potatoes were baked in the airfryer. Result. There is no such beautiful crust, only on top. And since it took more time, the potatoes turned out to be rather dry.

Although I thought. that if I put the potatoes in the airfryer not in the form, but on the grate (I think that in the oven, too, on the grate can be put), then such a crust could well have turned out there.
The only good thing in this case the air fryer is that the potatoes get a beautiful crust in a short cooking time, but at the same time they remain not overdried inside.
