Sour cream cake with prunes

Ingredients

Butter (margarine) 100g.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 150g.
Vanilla sugar 1pack
Sour cream 20% 200g.
Soda 1 \ 2h. l.
Wheat flour 300g.
Prunes 10 pieces.

Cooking method

  • Mix flour with baking soda. Add chopped prunes, stir.

  • Melt butter (margarine).

  • Beat butter (margarine) with sugar until light and fluffy (5 minutes). Continuing to beat, add eggs, sour cream. I did it in a combine.

  • Combine flour with liquid mass and mix quickly (with a spoon). Do not knead the dough for a long time. This can make the cake tough and crumbly.

  • Grease the mold with oil (I have a silicone one - I do not grease it with anything), put the dough.

  • Bake in an oven preheated to 200C for 40-50 minutes until golden brown.

  • If the mold is silicone, let the finished cake cool slightly in the mold. Then shake out onto a plate.

  • Eat with tea and enjoy! 🔗

Very nice cupcake! Tell me, is it dense or fluffy in structure? I peer at the photo and just can't understand ...

Crochet , if we compare between wet and dry, then it is in the middle - closer to dry. Although, of course, all comparisons are very subjective !!

Omela, baked this sour cream cake today, though without prunes, but everything else is exactly according to the recipe. Baked in a silicone mold in a wonderful frying pan with a shadow in the lid, so the bottom turned out to be pale, but the cupcake was baked and so pretty came out on the cut

I will definitely bake!
In his electric pumpkin bowl. Half the norm will go there.
Prunes! Sour cream! Yum!
(I will add cocoa - my daughter loves chocolate!)

We will go tomorrow to our parents, they are in self-isolation in the country, we need to bring them a gray bread and a sweet cupcake.
This time I found the remnants of prunes and cut them into small pieces into dough. And I still have 2-3 spoons of oatmeal from the royal cheesecake and I poured them into the cake. The cut shows prunes and brown oat flakes.

To make the cupcake "tanned" on all sides, I shook it out of the mold and turned it upside down to a beautiful color
