I do not specifically write how much is needed, because it depends on the weight of the fish and on the actual taste of each!
  • So, let's begin: We have prepared everything you need, my husband uses a specially designed dressing for this purpose, so over time he acquired an unpresentable look.

    Then each piece of fillet is dipped in a separate container in the same mixture from all sides and placed in a prepared glass container
