Ingredients

Cottage cheese 1 kg.
Sugar 300 gr.
Vanilla sugar or vanillin 5 gr.
Candied fruit 300 gr.
Raisins 250 gr.
Dried apricots 250 gr.
Butter 100 g
Homemade cream 350 gr.
Soufflé, beads, marmalade optionally

Cooking method

  • Rub the cottage cheese through a sieve twice, add butter, sugar, cream, vanilla sugar, candied fruits, raisins, dried apricots, mix everything and put in molds. Put oppression. The next day, remove the forms and decorate.
