Cooking method

  • The idea of ​​the recipe was inspired by the "Gastronom" magazine and adapted to baking bread in KhP. Lay the ingredients in accordance with the instructions for your HP. Preheat anise and caraway seeds in a dry frying pan to better develop the aroma. Soak the raisins in beer or dark rum. Add at the end of the batch or put in an automatic dispenser (if there is such a function in the HP). It is better to take a dark floral honey (NOT SINNY).
