Cooking method

  • Beat 4 eggs with a glass of sugar into a firm mass that does not fall off your finger, add vanillin and gently stir in 1 glass of flour. Bake the cake. Cover the saucepan with parchment paper, pour out the dough. Baking mode 1 hour 20 minutes.
  • Boil the impregnation syrup. Mix water and sugar, boil, cool and add lemon essence. Cut the cake in half and soak in syrup.
  • Cream. Grind 5 yolks with 0.5 cups of sugar, add flour and milk. Boil with constant stirring. Cool down. Grind 150 grams of butter and gradually stir in the brewed mass. Dilute gelatin in 150 grams of hot water until it is completely dissolved. Beat 5 proteins into a strong foam, gradually adding 0.5 cups of sugar. Gradually add the oil mixture and the diluted gelatin, stirring continuously. Spread on the cake. Freezes quickly.
  • Cook a glaze from cocoa, sugar, milk, butter.
