Italian tomato soup

Ingredients

Pureed tomatoes 1 kg
Olive oil 3 tbsp. l.
Canned white beans 400 gr.
Red onion 1 PC.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dry white wine 200 ml
Sun-dried tomatoes 4 tbsp. l.
Pitted olives 4 tbsp. l.
Feather pasta 100 g
Salt pepper

Cooking method

  • Throw the sun-dried tomatoes on a sieve, dry, cut into thin slices. Cut the olives into slices. Chop the onion and garlic.
  • Heat olive oil in a saucepan, fry onion and garlic - 3 minutes. Reduce heat to medium, pour wine gently and cook for 3 more minutes.
  • Add mashed tomatoes to the pan (I buy ready-made, in cans, but you can do it yourself) and warm up, stirring, for 2 minutes. Pour in 1 liter of water, bring to a boil.
  • Add beans, sun-dried tomatoes and olives and cook for 10 minutes.
  • Boil the pasta until half cooked, add to the soup. stir, cover and cook for 10 minutes. Season to taste.
