Hunting salad

Ingredients

Cabbage 400 g
Carrot 1 PC.
Onion 1 PC.
Pickled cucumbers + marinade 200 gr.
Sweet pepper 1 PC.
Garlic 2 cloves
Dill 1 bundle
Sugar, salt, pepper

Cooking method

  • Peel carrots, onions and garlic. Wash and core the peppers. Cut the carrots, cabbage, peppers and onions into strips. Chop the garlic and dill. Cut the pickled cucumbers into slices. Sprinkle the cabbage with salt and squeeze lightly. Place all prepared vegetables except dill in a large bowl and stir.

  • Pour the cucumber marinade into a saucepan, bring to a boil, season to taste with sugar, salt and pepper. Remove from heat, add chopped dill.

  • Pour hot marinade over vegetables. Cool to room temperature, then cover and let stand in the refrigerator for 1 day.

Time for preparing:

30 minutes.

Note

It turns out very tasty, slightly pickled, crispy cabbage.
