Wheat flour 400 g
Salt 1 and 1/5 tsp (6 g)
Sugar 2 tbsp. l. (22 g)
Mustard oil 2 tbsp. l. (24 g)
Water 245 ml

Cooking method

  • For Panasonic: "Basic" program, "Bake" mode, loaf size "M", medium crust.
  • Measuring spoons from Panasonic were used.

I baked bread according to this recipe. Instead of mustard oil, I took sunflower oil, and added two teaspoons of homemade mustard to it. "Pluck out your eye - pluck out your ear." Two questions:
1. Never have my blades (stirrers) remained in the trough. And in this case, they escaped from the loaf. The bread is baked well, but the volume is less than usual (for the same weight). I added flour during kneading, but it seemed still not enough. The gingerbread man was sticky. Already sticks to the walls! The loaf turned out to be beautiful - a feast for the eyes!
2. When the batch was, I opened the lid - tears from my eyes !!! From mustard! Baked - there is not even a smell of it. Plain yeast. How much should you add?

vic2010, in my opinion, it is also necessary to add dry mustard in powder (from 1 hour to 1 tablespoon to taste), then the taste is more pronounced. But I can take the freshest one on the market, but I don’t know where you live, there must be powder in supermarkets.
