Kulich in Donbass

Ingredients

Milk 0,5 l
Fresh yeast 70 g
Egg yolks 10 pieces.
Sugar 500 g
Butter 200 g
Margarine 150 g
Sour cream 200 g
Flour 1.5KG
Vanilla, raisins, cinnamon, lemon zest taste

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in lukewarm milk with 1 tbsp. l. sugar and 350-400g of flour (the dough should be liquid, like for pancakes)

  • Add the remaining ingredients to the dough that came up, except for the sunflower oil (pre-melt the margarine and butter in a water bath, rinse and dry the raisins) Knead the dough, add flour until it starts to stick to your hands, at the end add a little sunflower oil. Put the ready-made dough into a container and place. When the dough comes up, knead it and leave again. When it comes up a second time, put it in the forms (previously prepared) and leave it to come again. Bake for about 40 minutes (it all depends on the oven and the size of the molds)
