Ingredients

Honey 80 g
Egg 4 things
Butter 100 g
Sour cream 100 g
Vanilla sugar

Cooking method

  • Separate the egg yolks from the whites and grind with sugar, put in a water bath, heat the mixture, whisking continuously, until fluffy foam for about 5-10 minutes, add honey, butter. Rub fresh cottage cheese through a sieve, add sour cream, mix (adding in small portions) with an egg-honey mixture. Transfer the prepared mass to the paste box, sent with gauze and cover, put the press, put the paste box in a bowl to collect the separating liquid, keep in a cold place for about a day (I keep it until Saturday).
  • Before lighting, remove the paste box from the refrigerator, turn it over on a plate, remove the gauze, decorate ...

I used candied fruits pre-soaked in cognac. And so generously, you see, the candied fruits were soaked, and, to be honest, I scooped them up with cognac, that this Easter also has a light cognac aroma, and there certainly is a degree.
