Ingredients

big tomatoes 2 pcs.
bulb 1 PC.
garlic 2 cloves
salt
pepper
fresh basil 6 leaves
olive oil
balsamic vinegar
white bread: jabetta or baguette

Cooking method

  • Crostini

  • Cut tomatoes and onions into small cubes. Finely chop the basil and garlic. Add the remaining ingredients to taste and mix.

  • Crostini

  • Dry slices of white bread in a completely dry frying pan, without adding oil. Put the filling on them.
