Beetroot carpaccio

Ingredients

beet 1 PC
green onion 2-3 feathers
olive oil 2 tbsp. spoons
lemon vinegar 1 tsp
salt taste

Cooking method

  • 1. Cook the beets for 40 minutes. Cool, peel, cut into thin slices.
  • 2. Sauce: mix olive oil, lemon vinegar, finely chopped green onions, salt and stir.
  • 3. Arrange the beets on a plate, pour over the sauce.

Great beetroot dish! I love such beets as in a salad of arugula, lightly salted salmon with onions, lemon juice, sesame seeds and ol. oils.
