Cooking method

  • On the "Baking" mode, fry the onions until golden brown, add spices, when they are slightly fried, put the minced meat, "shake" it, fry it. Add peas to the fried minced meat with onions, mix well, pour boiling water from a ratio of 1: 2.5 (but you can also 1: 2, then it will be drier) and switch the MV to the "Milk porridge" mode. When the mode is over, you can leave it on "Heating", cook the porridge.

Note

I do not steam the peas for the night, I buy the one that in half, during the "Milk porridge" is completely boiled. If you are afraid that you will not get ready, then steam it overnight or for several hours.

This dish can be prepared without the use of CF. Fry the onion and minced meat in a skillet, transfer to a stewing container, pour boiling water in the same ratio and simmer until tender.
