Rafaello sweets

Ingredients

butter 250gr
condensed milk 1 can
waffles white 1-2 packages
almond 100gr
vanilla sugar
coconut flakes

Cooking method

  • Whisk butter at room temperature with condensed milk (add condensed milk in portions, whisking well constantly), add vanilla sugar, a little coconut. Put the cream in the refrigerator for 5-7 hours, you can overnight.
  • Form SMALL balls from the cream mass, put an almond inside each. Roll in waffle crumbs, then in coconut flakes. Refrigerate.
  • Keep in the refrigerator.

The dish is designed for

20-30pcs. (Depends on the size)

nakapustina I took waffles packed in several pieces with cream interlayers (like Artek and the like.) These are often sold in stalls. It is advisable that the waffles beat tender and crumble well, so that the crumb is small. At first I came across rough waffles, they are not conveniently rolled and look rough.
