Easter cake that you get the first time

Ingredients

Milk 0.5 liter
Sour cream 0.5 liter
Live yeast 50g
Margarine 1/3 pack
Butter 1/3 pack
Sunflower oil (for kneading) 50ml
Eggs (leave 2 whites for the glaze) 7 pieces
Vodka 50g
Sugar (for those with a sweet tooth, 3 tbsp.) 2 glasses
Salt 0.5 tbsp. l.
Vanillin or vanilla sugar 1-2 p.
Raisins 200g
Flour on demand 2.5-3 kg

Cooking method

  • Dissolve yeast in slightly warm milk, add sugar, salt and sour cream. Add melted butter and margarine. Add whipped egg yolks and whites separately. Sprinkling flour in parts, knead the dough so that it sticks off your hands. In the process of mixing, add vodka, vanillin, raisins. When kneading, dip your hand in sunflower oil to make it easier to knead. Cover the dough with a towel and put in a warm place (I put it in the kitchen cabinet) to fit. During fermentation, knead the dough at least once. The dough aging process takes 4 hours. We lay out the dough in tins (greased with margarine), filling them by 1/3, when the dough rises in the form almost to the top, put it in the oven and bake for 45 minutes at a temperature of 190-200º. Make a frosting with 2 chilled whites and 1 cup icing sugar and coat the top of the cakes.
