Ingredients

Cooking method

I experimented a little with the ingredients, there were 150 grams of poppy seeds, 4 eggs. and the butter was all butter, it was 180 grams. Everything turned out fine. And she blended the dough a little differently. First I mixed the poppy seeds, flour and baking powder. Separately mixed eggs, milk and sugar (until the sugar dissolved), then mixed everything with flour mixture and butter. I beat everything with an ordinary mixer, poured it into a frying pan and everything worked out great. Thanks for the recipe!
