Mushrooms in mustard marinade.

Ingredients

fresh or frozen champignons 1 kg
hot mustard 3 tbsp. l
garlic 5-6 tooth.
parsley, dill, thyme,
pepper taste
marinade:
vegetable oil 50 ml
vinegar 1 tbsp. l
salt 0.5 tsp

Cooking method

  • Rinse the mushrooms quickly and fry in a pan to evaporate the liquid. Put them in a salad bowl and mix with finely chopped garlic and herbs. Mix all marinade ingredients, add mustard and whisk. Pour the marinade over the mushrooms, stir and put in the cold for 6-8 hours. During this time, stir a couple of times.

The mushrooms are delicious, spicy! We can't even stand 6 hours, we start eating earlier.
