Ingredients

water (kefir) 80 ml.
egg 2 pcs (100 gr)
margarine 130 gr.

salt 1 tsp
vodka 1 tbsp. l. not measured
flour 560 g
Saf-moment yeast 2.5 tsp
raisins 60 gr.
vanilla sugar optional 1 pack.

Cooking method

  • I suggest making sweet bread with raisins or just a cupcake.
  • My recipe, slightly altered from the recipe book for C / P ORION-24W... Bowl 300 ml.
  • Separately, in a simple measuring cup, beat two eggs and add water or kefir to the 200 ml mark. Pour 2 tbsp into the mold on the shoulder blade. spoons rast. butter, pour in liquid, margarine melted in the microwave, 1 tbsp. a spoonful of vodka (the usual tablespoon is full to the brim), salt, sugar. Top according to the instructions for cotton flour and yeast. I add a lot of yeast because the dough is very rich. I pour raisins into the dispenser. The flour needs to be adjusted according to the kolobok, this time it was necessary to add 30 grams, since the flour gained moisture. The dough turns out to be dense, elastic, a little greasy. The stove does the rest.
  • The finished cake has a finely porous structure and a sandy crust. The cupcake tastes like Easter cake, it tastes better when it stands, but on the second day it does not survive and is eaten hot. If desired, grease the hot cake crust with sugar syrup several times until a sugar crust forms.

I want to try this recipe too, just reduce the bookmark, otherwise I have a stove for a maximum of 900 grams. True, it can overpower the bookmark more, but then the bread rests against the viewing window. 3 times already this happened, the appearance was spoiled.

It's a pity that you didn't succeed. It was necessary to reset the program and wait for the rise to turn on just baking. But yeast probably let you down. After several failures with the updated "Saf moment" I myself switched to pressed ones, I even put them on them at night.

Do not worry about bread, it will not suffer from cognac.
Both vodka and cognac are good "leavening agents" of the dough, they prevent the pastries from becoming stale.

Cognac will also enrich the taste. Delicately enrich.

And you can additionally "insist" raisins on cognac - so that it swells. Squeeze the raisins gently. Dry and roll a little in flour.

I just dropped the program, sprinkled a spoonful of the same yeast (PAF), turned on the Dough program (kneading, raising).

I followed the kolobok, everything was super. But at the end of the "Rise 3" stage, the dough hardly rose. Paused, waited another half hour, decided to try adding yeast. Anything is better than in the trash.

I report that the dough almost did not rise. I started baking like this. Baked for 1 hour 10 minutes. In principle, it was baked, it turned out to be very low with a very dense crumb, like a cake.

I don't think it worked out, although I didn't go to the trash can either.

Why didn't I get lost in conjecture. My guess is that the dough was too greasy or too little water. I think if instead of kefir I put water or milk, the situation would be better.

I wanted something sweet. I decided to bake this recipe. Confused by the small amount of liquid. In general, the bun was very tight. It does not rise, and salt was added to the second batch so as not to interfere with the yeast. Disabled the program and left it for another half hour. Bread maker Panasonic 257, basic mode with raisins.
