Baked creamy dessert

Ingredients

Cream (fattest) 30 grams
Milk 470 ml
Eggs 3 pcs.
Sugar 3 tbsp. l.
Vanillin

Cooking method

  • A very tasty dessert, similar in taste to baked colostrum.

  • I took a closer photo so that I could see the layered structure.

  • Stir all the ingredients with a whisk until smooth, but do not beat. Pour into 4 cups (do not cover with anything), and put on a slow cooker. Pour some water on the bottom of the slow cooker, about 1-2 cm. "High" mode for 3-4 hours, then leave without opening the lid until it cools.

  • I cook in the evening and leave until morning.

  • In the photo, a dessert that was cooked for 4 hours, if you cook for 3 hours, then there will be a more delicate structure and less ruddy color.

  • The proportions of cream and milk can be changed.
