Chocolate-poppy cupcake in the microwave

Ingredients

Dark chocolate (at least 50% cocoa) 100g
Butter 100g
Sugar 100g
Eggs 3 pcs.
Poppy 50g
Milk 80 ml
Flour 75g
Baking powder 1 tsp with a slide

Cooking method

  • 1. Melt the dark chocolate and butter in the microwave at 900 W for 40 seconds. Stir well until a shiny homogeneous paste is formed.
  • 2. Add eggs one at a time, not beating, but stirring well and vigorously. Add sugar while continuing to stir.
  • 3. Pour in milk. Now add poppy seeds and flour with a teaspoon of baking powder, mix.
  • 4. Bake at 900 watts for 3.5 minutes.
  • 5. Let stand for 5-7 minutes, while the pie is still cooking. Then you can take it out.

  • My form is a silicone "lock" d = 22 cm.
  • The microwave is 700 watts, so the baking took 8 minutes.

Note

Can be glazed.
Glaze:
Combine the icing sugar, cocoa and warmed milk until smooth. Add a teaspoon of butter and apply to the cupcake immediately before the frosting has set.

I didn't do the glaze, I just didn't have time!

Vika, thanks for the recipe !!!! I have a Panasonis inverter microwave oven, I somehow tried to bake a cupcake in it, but apparently overexposed, it turned out hard on the sides. Yesterday I saw your recipe, followed the link, got inspired and baked a fabulously delicious chocolate-orange cake!
My option for those who do not have poppy at hand, but have oranges. I made some changes to the recipe:

Milk chocolate 100 gr.
Eggs 2 pcs.
Sugar 60 gr.
Milk 100 gr.
Sunflower oil 70 gr.
Peel of 1 orange (if the orange is small then 2)
Flour 100g + baking powder
Beat eggs with sugar until the sugar grains are completely dissolved, add butter, zest, milk, mix, add flour, mix again and immediately set to bake.

For my 1000 cotton microwave:
Baking for 3 minutes 30 seconds, then cools down in the microwave for 5 minutes (I can program it) and cools down for 5 minutes in a mold on the table (silicone mold, diameter 22 cm).
The cupcake rose very strongly, at least twice, right to the edges of the mold,
It turned out an airy delicate chocolate - orange cake-biscuit, poured over with orange icing:
I squeezed orange juice and mixed it with 50 grams of powdered sugar, just pour the resulting mass on top and spread it with a silicone brush.

Of the misses - I poured a lot of dough into molds, the dough came out a little during baking. You need to pour no more than half of the mold! And yet, 3.5 minutes is not enough at 900, I held the second batch for 4.5 and it turned out better.
