Focaccia with cheese

Ingredients

Cheese 150gr.
Flour 350gr.
fresh shivers 15gr.
olive oil. 1 st. l.
salt. Italian herbs and olives to taste *
water 270 ml

  • 1. Dissolve the tremors in a little warm water. In a hill of flour, make a depression, pour in the tremors, olive oil, salt.
  • 2. Knead the dough for a few minutes, adding warm water, cover it with a damp towel and place in a warm place for about 2 hours.
  • 3. When the dough has doubled in size, separate two thirds of the dough, roll out thinly with a rolling pin and place on a sprinkled baking sheet.
  • 4. Top with cheese grated on a coarse grater and cover with a thin layer of the remaining dough. Press both layers of dough in several places with your fingers, puncture with a fork, sprinkle with olive oil, sprinkle with cheese, Italian herbs and olives.
  • 5. Put on the spout for 30 minutes.
  • 6. Bake at 200 degrees until tender.

Delicious! Made a replacement. Instead of olive oil, unrefined sunflower oil, instead of dry herbs, I mixed a bunch of fresh parsley into the dough (I like the grass more like that), 1/3 whole grain flour. I had to repeat it on "Encore!"
