I have the same, but a generation older, but the principle seems to be the same.
First, select the size of the bread by pressing the Grösse button: 750, 1000 or 1350g, then by pressing the Farbe button the color of the bread (degree of roasting): light, medium, dark and fast. Use the menu button to select the mode: 1 Normal. 2. White, etc. (4. sweet bread, it is not written there) and that's it, start.
The arrow buttons increase or decrease the time before baking starts, adding 10 minutes to the baking time on the screen. That is, it can be programmed to bake for example after 5 hours. Like everything If you have any more questions, ask.
WORKER
Thanks for your understanding!
Is Timer a snooze time, not a bake time?
And around the perimeter of the tabla - a list of operations that it performs?
Is there a manual in plain language?
Thank you !
lyutik1
The timer is the total time until the bread is ready, that is, it first stands on the first program at 3:20, during this time the bread is made, and you can increase the time by pressing the arrows so that the bread is baked later.
Yes, around the perimeter is what you select with the buttons: size, degree of baking and program number.
I have instructions only in German and found on the Internet in French. But there actually nothing else is worth, only recipes yet.
lyutik1
And, there are also stages in the baking process along the perimeter

Bread Maker QUIGG
Val
Good evening Quigg Bread Maker owners!

I ask you to respond and answer my questions.

The fact is that I was not lucky with the purchase of a Kenwood 450 (I wrote about this on https://Mcooker-enn.tomathouse.com/index.php option = com_smf & Itemid = 26 & topic = 11137.0), and later, after reading about the trouble that happened with the Kenwood 450 Mr. Flashera (for which I sympathize very much), gave up the idea of buying it altogether.

The second stove that I considered, the Delongy 125, confuses me with the lamentation of all its users about the very weak coating of the bucket and spatula, which literally begins to wear off in a month.

Therefore, after reading a lot of information about different models of stoves, I begin to think: is it necessary to buy an expensive stove at all, if now stoves of all firms "suffer" from fragility and frequent problems? Regarding the possible objections of the owners of stoves with them for 3 or more years, I had the following opinion - they were just lucky, a few years ago it was possible to buy decent equipment, worthy of assembly (I have a Mulinex combine - France, and a Mulinex juicer - Spain, but they were also purchased a few years ago, now, I specifically asked, they are only of Chinese origin). Yes, maybe earlier in China they did everything more conscientiously than now, so the "old" equipment works, and the new one immediately begins to break down.

In this way, I began to lean towards buying an inexpensive bread maker, namely the Quigg, although a different model than the one considered by this topic.
Well, I came to the questions: the owners of this manufacturer, what comments do you have during its use, what do you think are disadvantages, and what are the advantages, what are the qualities of the coating of the bucket and the spatula?
Another question about the guarantee. In the place where I am going to make a purchase, they give a guarantee for 6 months, with a replacement within this period in Germany if something happens. Then, of course, at your own peril and risk, because we do not have service centers of this company. How do you stand with this issue?

Thank you in advance for your answer, a big request to respond, because there is very little information on this company.
lyutik1
I live in Germany. Here, these bread machines are sold in the cheapest ALDI chain of stores, but the equipment sold in this network enjoys a good reputation (price-quality). I have been using it for about six months, I inherited it, but the previous owner hardly ever used it. I’m almost every day. No complaints. The coating is quite normal (I have nothing to compare with, this is my first bread maker), nothing sticks or burns. The jam is also excellent.
Val
Lyutik1, thank you very much for your answer.

Please tell me, how does the mode of simply kneading dough for yeast products and, for example, dumplings, dumplings, work? And since there is no instruction in Russian attached to it, can you clarify whether the stoves of this company have preheating and how does it cope with baking gluten-free products and sourdough products?
We offer the QUIGG MD10259 model, and what is yours? And yet, these stoves are being brought from Germany, I even opened the manufacturer's German website and really saw such models there, but they say that they are still produced in China. And what is the real situation, do you know?
Thank you.
WORKER
My model is bb 1500.05 and there is no preheating and just kneading. I only use it for baking bread. She works out her money. This model was developed ten years ago and the instructions are also not available. Everything is learned with the help of a "scientific poke". There is a notice on Chinese things about their involvement. There is a German manufacturer on mine. Then the Chinese did not do that yet.

excuse me as there is no dough kneading mode? a "7" program "dough" and "8" program "pasta dough"

I have this stove for about two weeks (I bought my mother-in-law), I bake only on it for two weeks, although it is completely identical to my Moulinex, in a week I will take it to her, although I ordered the same one for myself. The bucket (its coverage) is better than Mulk, and the rest is the same. Now the toad is strangling that she gave 200u for Mulya. e., but for this about 40u. E. Baking and rye, and white, and Easter cake, and on the timer, and the dough was made - everything is super, but if it breaks, then it's not a pity to change it for another

Hello! Sorry if I'm asking a question off topic, but I couldn't find anything more suitable.
They brought a QUIGG BB 1350 bread maker, the instructions in German were translated as best they could, but there were a few unclear points, mainly related to the weight measures for the ingredients.
So, who knows, please help. What does it mean: gr MS; kl MS; gr MS 1; g 200 g 1? Thanks in advance.
WORKER
I studied the stove without instructions using the "scientific poke" method. There are no such designations in the stove menu. And the recipes can be found on this site in an accessible language. Studying the abbreviations of German units of measurement is a master's business. It is unlikely that it will help.

Guys, hello everyone! Help with advice. The situation is as follows: they presented the HP QUIGG model MD 10259. The first two days were hot, I was happy, and then I could see something I did not press. And now, when connected to the network, it begins to work, and the blades are continuously twisted. Even if the mold is not supplied. There is a word Timer on the screen and it does not disappear in any way. I suspect I programmed it and it works now. HOW TO RESET all programs? If you leave it on, I'm afraid the motor will overheat and break. Has anyone ever had this? Thanks in advance to everyone who responds.
